Standard Fee Schedule:
35%-50% depending on the sales scope and client plan
No, you do not need to be present during the estate sale. We handle everything from start to finish, including organizing, pricing, and conducting the sale. Most clients prefer not to attend the sale as it can often feel too personal to watch buyers sort through the items being sold.
After the estate sale, any unsold items can be donated to a charity of your choice or disposed of according to your preference. We can provide recommendations for professional cleaning services or junk removal if needed.
